About us: We are Dave Wilson and Rod Spencer and together we make up the core of Wilson/Spencer Strength. Take the time tested training principles of CrossFit's Couplet/Triplet and High Randomization, combined with Max Effort and Periodization and the specific training movements of Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics and there you have our formula to develop your most agile, responsive, in-shape you. Whew! Sounds like a lot to know and learn. And this is where we differentiate ourselves from the pack. We specialize in teaching you all of these skills necessary to move with confidence while of course increasing your capacity. Whatever your goals, we have the experience in maximizing your work towards your full potential. We are your coaches, your motivators, your friends. And it is from this set of ideals that we have created New Hampshire's strongest community of people moving together towards healthier, happier, longer lives.
